The band's first formal concert of the 2015-2016 season features Ron Nelson's Aspen Jubilee with Austin Mezzo-Soprano Katherine Altobello.
Also featured is UT Butler School of Music Doctoral student Evan Sankey performing two of legendary Trombonist Arthur Pryor's showpieces, Annie Laurie and Fantastic Polka.
Filling out the program are other great wind band compositions by John Williams, Eric Whitacre, and ASB's own Clifton Jameson Jones, among others. ASB Music Director Richard Floyd conducts.
