Featuring the world premiere of Dancing on Water, written by Frank Ticheli and commissioned by the Austin Symphonic Band in honor of its conductor, Richard Floyd. Ticheli will be present to discuss his new work and will also conduct on the concert. Other selections to be performed were written as tributes to persons, places or events.
